1. Browse https://apps.samudera.id on the browser and open Email Signature Generator
2. Fill in the fields--> Click "Generate Mail Signature"
== Gmail (Using Browser) ==
1. Select All value in the box then right click and select copy, or you can click any part inside the frame and press Ctrl+A to select all signature content then press Ctrl+C to copy it to clipboard
2. Open Gmail using browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc) then go to setting3. Go to All setting
4. In General tab go down to Signature section, select or create the profile for your signature option, click in the signature design area and paste the signature content from clipboard by pressing Ctrl+V.
Then configure the signature defaults of your choice either for new or on reply/forward email creation.
5. Then go down and save the setting
== Microsoft Outlook ==
1. Select All value in the box then right click and select copy, or you can click any part inside the frame and press Ctrl+A to select all signature content then press Ctrl+C to copy it to clipboard.
2. Open Microsoft Outlook
3. Open a new message. On the Message tab, in the Include group, Click Signature, and then click Signatures.
4. On the E-mail signature tab, click New
5. Type a name for the signature, and then click Ok
6. In the Edit Signature box, Paste (Ctrl+v) the signature that copied on the Email Signature Generator application.
7. In the New Messages and Replies/forwards combo box on Choose default Signature box, choose the Signature that you have created. And then click OK
8. Done
== Mozilla Thunderbird ==
1. Save Signature as HTML --> Save to your PC
2. Move Signature-*******.html file to your Email Folder
3. Open Mozilla Thunderbird
4. Press Alt --> Tools --> Account Settings
5. On Account Settings window, check "attach the signature from a file instead (text, HTML, or image)", and then choose file Signature-*****.html that you have downloaded --> click OK
6. Done
== IBM Notes ==
1. Change "Email Client" value to IBM Notes --> Save Signature as HTML --> Save to your PC
2. Move Signature-*******.html file to your Email Folder
3. Open IBM Notes Application
4. On Mail Tab --> Click More --> Preferences
5. Click Mail Tab --> Signature Tab --> Check "HTML or Image File" --> Browse
6. Choose HTML Files on "Files of type" --> click file Signature-*****.html --> Open
7. Click OK
8. Done
== Zimbra Webmail (zmail.samudera.com) ==
1. Select All value in the box then right click and select copy, or you can click any part inside the frame and press Ctrl+A to select all signature content then press Ctrl+C to copy it to clipboard.
2. From zmail.samudera.com open signature menu
3. Change signature format to HTML
4. Click the signature editor area then paste from clipboard
5. Right click inside this area then Select all
6. Edit table property, set border to 0
